For all types of works, our company developed detailed operating procedures and a technology plan for modular (pre-assembly) installation of steel structures and equipment, based on the conditions and parameters of the operating shop, including the capacities of the existing overhead cranes. The weight of the pre-assembled modules ranged from 60 to 85 tonnes, with the maximum assembled structure reaching 325 tonnes.Complex tandem lifts using two mobile cranes were carried out, with lifting points and connection nodes designed and strength-calculated by our in-house specialists. All works were executed with high precision under the supervision of our company’s geodetic engineer.
